Children with autism spectrum disorder in shared custody
Zoubková, Alice ; Šporclová, Veronika (advisor) ; Mertin, Václav (referee)
Bachelor thesis deals with the topic of shared custody in children with autistic spectrum disorders. It is a problem that is scarcely explored not only in the Czech Republic, but also abroad, and this thesis is therefore aimed at creating the first more complex Czech material with the given focus. The literary overview of the text initially deals with the contemporary view of autism as well as the psychosocial impacts of this diagnosis on the family. There is a chapter dealing with shared custody in the Czech environment, but there are also examples from abroad. However, the main issue is the decision-making of the courts on shared custody in children with autism and, in particular, a more detailed description of the factors that may influence the realization of this form of divorce care. In the second part of the thesis, a qualitative research project is designed to map the issue in more detail through semi-structured interviews with the parents of children with autism, who perform shared custody with various successes. Keywords: Autism spectrum disorder, shared custody, family, divorce and custody arrangement
